A: It can take up to 48 hours (excluding weekends) to be entered into the system. Also, check your junk/spam folder for your activation email. The email subject will say "Thank You For Subscribing to..."

A: On the Login page, please click "Forgot your password?" and follow the steps to reset your password.
Q: I am receiving a "Your email or password is incorrect. Please try again." error when logging in.
A: This can happen if you have not set-up an e-Subscription. If you have, please make sure you are typing your email address and password correctly. Please do not allow your browser to auto-fill your information in this case, and type your email address and password manually.
Q: How do I change my email address or password?
A: After logging in, click the "My Account" link in the upper-righthand corner, then click the "edit email" or "edit password" links.
Q: I would like to place an ad in the newspaper. How can I do that?
A: Please contact the newspaper directly for ad information.
Q: I can log in, but I cannot get past 67% while the e-Edition is loading.
A: Usually, getting stuck at that point indicates an issue with your flash player. There are two solutions you can try. First, you can click this link and clear out old flash objects. Before you check the website again, please clear your cookies and cache. If that does not work, go to http://www.adobe.com, and make sure you have the latest version of flash by downloading the Adobe Flash Player.
